Maintaining and servicing your roof is just as important as maintaining and servicing your car. It’s best not to wait until your roof starts leaking and damages your home’s interior, requiring expensive repairs.

Allstate Contracting will do the following at no cost to you:

Inspect your roof for overall condition.

Check all flashings.

Check all penetrations.

Inspect valleys.

Check for any possible wind and/or hail damage.

Provide you with a written report with photos of any aspect of your roof that needs repair to prolong its useful life.

Provide you with a written estimate for repairs.

Allstate will perform roof maintenance and give you a 2-year warranty on any repair that we make.

We also have a Roof Cleaning Program that includes the following:

Clean Gutters.

Clean all valleys of pine straw and other debris.

Clean algae off your roof.
